How should I pay for my order?


By far the safest and fastest way of ordering our seeds is to use Bitcoin or credit/debit card. We guarantee that there will be absolutely no mention of anything product/company specific on your statement so you can be sure of utmost discretion.

Alternatively, you can pay by cash or wire transfer by selecting that option at the checkout.

Can I use a pre-paid/gift card?

Yes, absolutely.

To use a gift card on the site, first check it is suitable for international use. You may need to enter the issuing bank's details in the billing section (and your address in the delivery section). You may need to call the gift card company prior to ordering to register the card and to tell them you are purchasing overseas. They will then activate it for international use.

How do you send out my order?

The simple answer is "very discreetly indeed". Your seeds will come shipped in plain protective packaging. Stealth is the name of the game!

How should I store my seeds?

To prevent the accidental germination of seeds and deterioration of seed life, we recommend that you store your seed collection in a waterproof, lightproof container, preferably in the fridge.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

In line with our 'stealth policy', you will be billed under a discreet company name.

When I have paid for my order how long will it take before I receive it?

We will endeavour to have your order with you within 1-2 days in the UK and approximately 7-10 days internationally (often sooner in Europe). However, there are rare occasions where it can take longer.

If you have not received your order within 28 days from receiving your shipping confirmation, please get in touch.

What if there's a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us immediately upon opening it. We are unable to resolve any issues if you do not contact us immediately upon arrival.

Can I order just one seed?

Yes! At The Single Seed Centre, we are proud to be able to offer this service - for the discerning collector, we can provide just a single seed from any seed bank or strain.

Will you label seeds individually?

Yes! We pack and label each strain separately so that you know which seed is which.

Do I have to order single seeds?

No, absolutely not.

In addition to our single seed options, we offer the opportunity to purchase full packets of all our seed collections. Please note, full packs may not always be in the sealed packaging due to packaging restraints.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or return the goods for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the order being placed. Returned products must be in the original condition and packaging that they arrive in
