We dispatch our marijuana seeds on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of hemp seeds often differ from country to country. For this reason we advise you as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject.
As a customer of ours, you are prohibited from distributing any marijuana seeds bought from us to countries where possession of and/or trafficking in cannabis seeds is illegal.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of the up most importance to us. All sales records are securely destroyed after successful shipment of your order.
We do not, and will never, share your information with any third parties.
False Names
Important Notice: Please do not use false names as your postman will not recognise the name and may not deliver your parcel to your address or PO Box. This practice could also further complicate issues should you be required to provide identification when collecting missed items from your local post/delivery office.
Please be advised that we cannot replace items that fail to arrive because of this reason, including orders with guaranteed shipping.
Growing/Germination
We cannot and will not answer any queries that mention or concern germination and/or growing.
We also cannot replace any seeds for these reasons.
